It’s not a word to be afraid of but there is something about having to try something more than once that implies failure. On the other hand, if you keep trying it does mean you haven’t given up.
The older I get, the more important the concept of trying again gets. If you can keep trying it means time hasn’t run out and you haven’t actually decided whatever it was is no longer worth the effort.
So, this is me trying again. To write and to keep on writing again. I guess I’ve never really stopped writing but this is a commitment to the A-Z blogging challenge…kind of like NaNoWriMo but for blogging. The idea is to do a blog post a day every day for the month of April (Sundays off) using the letters of the alphabet as a jumping off point for ideas.
To those of you who have been supportive in my efforts to keep writing, who have been kind enough to read my wee posts and even to comment on them…thank you and I’m sorry: no good deed goes unpunished.
